Sexually = you undergo meiosis to create haploid cells, which then fuse with other haploid cells to become a zygote.
Note that you do not have to mate with a different individual in order to reproduce sexually. That is, your own sperm can fertilize your own egg, and it's still sexual.
Females can also reproduce without fertilization in a process called parthenogenesis. This is asexual reproduction and, depending on the species, the egg is either diploid or haploid. This type of reproduction has been induced in the laboratory in such animals as mice and rabbits, but does not occur in nature.

It's really an easy question. Does a cat (a mammal) reproduce asexually? No, so that answers your question for all mammals. They reproduce sexually. ^_^

ALL mammals reproduce sexually - only very simple life forms are capable of reproducing asexually, and mammals are far too complex for that.

Mammals By Defitnition only reproduce sexually. Asexual reproduction is only found in single cell organisms or in a small number of simple multi-cell (lower) organisms that self-fertilize.
