WEll it has to be wriitne in a will , but the next of kin gets it. The government has already taken care of that for you. There are different levels of family. Spouse, mom, dad, sister brother...etc

ask the state where the lottery was won because some go back to the state and some will let the money go to the winners estate.

in most cases noone ,that money would revert to the states treasury.you would have to see if it is possible for your heirs to inherit in the event of your death.good luck.
