This takes lots of practice but it will work. Allow yourself 1/2 hour of worrying a day, and that is all. If you keep having obtrusive worries during the rest of the time write it down and keep a worry box. Take these notes out in your 1/2 hour session. Worry then. You must train your body to not get use to the adrelanine rush you get when you worry constantly. You will after time find you don't even want to waste the 30 minutes a day, but it will take awhile to get to this point. It's like a smoker, you have to get the habit under control and then kick it. Believe me, as you age you will find all those things you worried about and just seemed so all encompassing, never even materialized. When you are my age, you will want all those wasted hours of misery back. So work on it now, and you'll have a happy carefree future. We can't control anything by worrying. It's just another nasty addiction. Please try this, and I hope you find peace and relaxation and much time for all the joys life has to offer. Best of luck in your endeavor!
