Yes, it's all the Internets fault! ;o


Many people SIT to unwind, I think it better to be here "thinking" than to SIT and watch television.
What about all the millions of people who's job requires them to SIT in front of a computer? Yikes!

Then...the commuters. They have to SIT,SIT,SIT for hours each day also.

Woe, and then.....the game players....

Overall- I believe people today are more sedentary then ever before in history.

Well, what is your definition of too long? If I set here for a couple of hours and I wanted to, then I do not see it as too long. Now, if I am neglecting other duties and I set here, yeah, that's too long.
