maybe what Kobe did was not appropriate, but believing a woman who had different mens semen in her underwear is not the most solid of sources to believe is it?

He was guilty of adultery, and will have to answer to God one day. As for rape, it really does not looke like he did it. There was semen from her boyfriend on 2 pairs of her undergarments and on her body. It's very unlikely that the forensic experts made the same mistake in 3 places. No traces of Mr. X were found on Kobe Bryant, so it's a 95% chance that she had intercourse after. She was clearly not as traumatized as she claims.

But I cannot help feeling sorry for her. I followed the case on CNN, and it sounds like she had quite a messed-up life. Maybe, unlikely as it may seem, she was raped. Or maybe she was desperate, and made a hasty, unpremeditated decision to falsely accuse him. If that accusation is truly false, she must have regreted filing it in the first place, because so much detrimental information about her behavior has been exaggeratted and spilled onto headline news. The case is a tragedy that tainted an NBA star full of potential, and the NBA in general, and the wayward, though redeemable life of a young woman

I still dont believe that he raped her. I mean for God's sake, he's Kobe Bryant. Most women would want to have sex with him, so why would he rape on girl. It doesnt make the sense. The girl obviously had a bit of a sexual encounter with him but it was clearly consensual, but she wanted to grab some headlines by calling it rape.

No. See in America, if you can throw, catch, hit, or kick a ball, you're automatically granted a license to do whatever you want. And anybody who objects to it is called dirty names.
