Applebees. Quieter, cheaper, and better quality food.

Well the three restaraunts near me are all great! I go to Chili's with my co'workers during lunch it is great because we can talk and laugh and just have a great time. (Food is always great there too!)
Bennigans is great too. It is nice in the evenings when you want to just wind down and eat a nice quiet dinner with friends, family, or that special someone. I enjoyed their food very much. Great, friendly service too.
Applebees, I love it! Cheaper, but price does not bother me. If the food and service is good, I am there!

I disagree that Applebees is significantly better, but I do like Applebees and Chilis far better than Bennigans.

All three are bargain basement restaurants...barely a step over McDonalds. I prefer Chili's because of the 2 for 1 drinks all the time.

I never heard of anyone ordering Chili at Chili's. Their barbqued ribs are excellent, their fajitas, and other specialty foods. I have never been where they had an Applebee's.

chili's = louder, more variety of people, better food, and better looking waitress's
its called chili's because of the chili pepper, not chili dork
the only thing bennigan's is good for is the monte crisCo

Chili's has better quality.Some food tends to be healthier.

It just doesn't matter. All are the worst expression the American culture. If the food is not nuked it gets a cloistral Jacuzzi and buried in sugar or salt.
