You are very wrong . Only do it if it is a truck owned by the city . If it is a private company , you may be s.o. l . I'm serious on this . ....... I joke with you all the time , but this is a raw nerve with me . I drive a truck , and somebody did this to me in 1994 . It dragged out for two years , and I did nothing wrong . Our company had to hire a P.I to prove it was a scam. Even though the police report showed he was 100 % i the wrong . It cost our company $ 8000 to fight a $ 150 000 lawsuit . As much as I wanted to kill him , something in the back of my mind still admired his tenacity

Yep! It's people like you that make it hard for genuine people to convince the insurance companies that they are sincere. The more fictitious claims increases premiums for all of us and gets the Insurances company's back's up.
