I think they shouldn't. Their funny eyes make me giggle while I'm driving, and could cause a crash for anyone!

You are very wrong . When I see Mr.Googly eyes , I think insurance scam .I will take my 1989 Datsun and rear end them . I will call the cops and fake whiplash. Even though its my fault , I will sue them back to the stone ages . I have been doing this since I got my license .

i understand the funny part about it but i guess as long as they can see good and know how to drive then they should be able to. as long as everyone is safe out there on the road that is what matters most. good luck.
