Well, all of these ladies have their own unique appeal and charm. They're all very talented - in the "bottom 3" I would put: Kathy Najimy, Janeane Garafolo, and Bette Midler. So, in order, the top 3 are : Julia Roberts, Whoopi Goldberg, ans Susan Sarandon. (Julia and Susan were excellent in "Stepmom" - did you see it?)

I'd have to say Bette Midler - her performance in The Rose was remarkable proving she is both a talented actor and singer.
