Three's Company always made me laugh. Watching the reruns now, it looks dumb, but by 70's standards, and when I was watching it new, it was funny.
Boy Meets World 2nd
Facts of Life a faaaaaar distant 3rd.
The other shows I didn't watch.

GOLDEN GIRLS IS #1!!
Its plot was aimed at a largely over-looked audiance...yes...i do believe it was the only show to focus on "women of a certain age", and all without making "aging" seem like a drag!! After seeing that show, i even look forward to the olden years, because that show proves them to be the "golden years"!
Also aside from it's obviousy "feminist" sort of perspective, the GG seemed to address many issues in a very understanding and tolerant way. Even though not everyone would agree with its liberal edge on some of the slightly controversial topics of the show, no one can deny the heart of it.
In-short, the GG was cleverly written, puposeful, edgy, and open. All this and more, makes the GG #1 in my book!
Cheers!

I really love Designing Women. Being a southern woman myself, there were so many topics and mannerisms on that show I could relate to (like when Julia said, "In Southern families, we don't ask if there is insanity in your family, just which side it's on.") I think Julia was wonderful -- she was strong and outspoken, but still poised, graceful and a true lady. Charlene was just cute and sweet, but she annoyed me sometimes. Suzanne was absolutely hilarious with her pet pig and pageant past.
However, John Ritter was brilliant, and his work in Three's Company is hard to beat, if you're looking for primo slapstick. I wasn't crazy about the other actors on the show (save Don Knotts), but Mr Ritter saved the show from being idiotic.

Three's Company will be the one to go down in history as the best comedy of those listed. John Ritter was an absolute riot! There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for a laugh.

Of the choices you gave, I would say....
Golden Girls and then Designing Women. They both had very smart writing for their time and as a woman myself I liked how they portrayed the modern woman...even a very mature modern woman...which I hope to be someday.

Golden Girls. There is not a trivia question you can ask that I can not answer when it comes to this show.
