You had no trouble deciding to cheat - why are you having problems telling about it?
You are going to lead a miserable life if you continue to make choices that you are ashamed of and that affect others negatively.

I agree with everyone else DONT CHEAT and it wont be a problem. But it sounds like you already did so here goes:
Why do you want to tell? All you are going to do is hurt them. Stop being selfish (thats what got you into this mess in the first place) and take it to the grave. But that being said you cant ever do it again either.

You should never be in the position to have to tell someone you cheated on them. If you felt the need to cheat you should of ended the relationship first! Hope they kick your butt to the curb pronto.

There never a good time. You are going to just have to buck up and tell them soon. It is going to be better coming from you than someone else. Just be truthful, do not try to weasel your way out and blame it on anything. You did it so take the responsibility .

Never...if you value your relationship and are truly sorry you never tell. You take that secret to the grave as no good can come from telling. All you want to do is unburden your guilt, and are going to do that by shifting it to the one you claim to love. You cheated because you are selfish, well guess what telling would also be selfish. You live with the guilt, don't force an innocent person to live with your burden.
That being said, if you truly loved the person you wouldn't have cheated to begin with.
