Should I gently tease her with my vibrato before bringing her body to an earth-shattering crescendo?

This piece of music I'm working on, to be exact.

It's really got me tied up in knots. Coming right off the cuff, so to speak. So, should I go full-force with wild abandon, or tease her gently along until the tension builds to what will surely be a rush of minor and major fortissimo?

One thing is for sure....it will definitely be in the key of E-Flat.

Just let it rest for a while, and contemplate
Then I suggest putting on some favorite music to get a bit
of inspiration.
Feel free to indulge in some blatant plagiarism if you hear
something you really like, in my opinion that is after all a sincere form of appreciation and flattery.
I suggest you put on a bit of Rossini, the overtures for some
earth shattering crescendos.
A bit over the top maybe but it always perks me up and energizes me.
What it will do to your piece only heaven knows, but even if
it turns out really bad it will at least still be fun.

for sure create tension and hard transitions for exciting fast pieces. For softer vibrato, its best to work slowly into the fortissimo with a relaxing, even crescendo. try both depending on the speed of the song.
