Do you mean Lillian?
i do like Lillian.
Leanakay i would spell it L-e-n-a...instead of L-e-a-n (lean, as in leaning on a wall!)...and i would separate Lena and Kay
Lena Kay or Lena Kae

Is this a typo or are you trying to be unique? The spellings are heinous, atrocious, and cruel.
I like Lillian, Lily, Lilith, Lila, Leann, Leanna
What exactly is Leanakay supposed to spell?

I love lillein. Very pretty. Leanakay is a bit down home, if you know what i mean. Sounds much like lana kay, and that in turn sounds like a pharmaceutical.

I prefer Lillein...and I happen to like the spelling just fine. The other name needs to be broken up...like LeAnna Kay. That would be pretty if you used it for the first AND middle name.
