You can find a book with info on that kind of spider in the Fiction section of your local library. Anything you find under Non-Fiction will say that is impossible.

no, it would just go to that cell and kill it because it would be over 46 chromosomes, even if it were alive it would divide only a few times and not make an organism.
the only way and under some magical conditon, you would have to get a host cell like an egg then do DNA transfer.... IMPOSSIBLE.
