Both seasons require turning the steering wheel. However in winter there may be slippery ice under the wheels while you do that (but not in the summer). Summer typically involves air conditioning and winter heating.

I think other similarities and differences will suggest themselves if you think about these ideas.

Well, you'll get where you're going in both seasons, and the rules of the road apply in summer & winter.
You need to be careful of ice and snow during the winter, but there's more pedestrians in the summer. You have the A/C on or windows open in the summer, and the heat on in the winter. The crossing guard sits in their car in the winter, and on a lawn chair during the summer. You might not be able to see because of the snow in the winter, and you might not be able to see because of the rain in the summer.
Gas is generally cheaper in the winter (don't quote me though, I can't drive).
