i have a black light to c my catfish at night in my aquarium does that really work and how?

It is a special type of light that the fish can't see but it allows you to see them more clearly. Great if you're trying to look at a fish at nighttime when you try to sneak up on them.

Not a black light, a red one is what you need for catfish watching.Try some sales sources.

It will allow you to view the catfish as they like to hide in the daytime. Moreso though, it shows the more fluorescent coloured fish. Don't leave it on all night though. Your daytime fish need to have the lights off for rest.
