Never but yahoo seems faulty & deletes good guys as well!
had about 6 violations for not answers & not questions & one last week for laughing in the jokes & riddles hahahaha lol is what i said & i appealed that one & they got back to me but only with that community guidlines rules so no use really

Never suspended, plenty of violations, terminated my another account (left in limbo) to escape the evil behaviour of a evil reporting fool though, self suspension.

once,i had another account that got stripped.i'm always good with this one.i think there kinda harsh with some,but some need to be gone.
