since it has 6 protons (positive) and 6 electrons (negative) so there is no nett charge.

since it has 8 neutrons, this is carbon-14. fyi, it is a radioactive isotope called radiocarbon.

it is 14C0 ( 14 is the mass number.). it has 8 neutrons while regular carbon has 6. oh yeah ,i almost forgot, this is called an isotope of carbon. hope this helps.
