What do you mean the email is not real? You can't even create a myspace with a fake email because in order to activate your account you have to respond to the email they send to you.
I don't think there is much you can really do besides create a new account using your real email address.

you may answer the secret questions to your digital mail and attempt to get the password to your digital mail which will then instruct you ways to get your Myspace password back. yet I also have a feeling you're purely attempting to debris with somebody's Myspace.

Sorry, but I think you are doomed. No way you can get into that space. Your option: Re-register, but that account with the made-up email is gone.
This is the reason why they tell us that they will verify our email, or else any one can just have so many "alias" or aka emails that cannot point back to who they are.
This is like someone asking to see 2 photo ID's when you transact business or process legal papers: to make sure that you are who you say you are. that you can be contacted at the address that you give, when there are things that are not working or when they need to get hold of you.

Well, to be honest with you, you should have probably used a real e-mail address in the first place to avoid that problem.
However, you could probably send a query to MySpace's customer support explaining what happened and asking if there is anyway that you can reset your password.

Why would you use a fake email address? I can understand a fake name, but when you used a fake email, it became your problem.
I'm not sure that you can do anything other than make another myspace and use your REAL email this time.

thats not possible if the email is not real because when you make myspace the first thing is to activate the account from the email that is being used... so if you put fake account then myspace don't let you do anything until account has been activated

first of all you should not used a fake e-mail address.
but relax now.why are u so worried.just make a new id.and write its password somewhere.so not to repeat your mistake again.
