I had a dodge truch that was 20 when I got it and and 33 when it bit the big one, I could have fixed it but it was too much for me to repair at the time. I loved it! I had a chevy that was 20 when I got it and it was 32 when the city took it from me, I loved it too. Now I have another chevy 10 years newer than my last one and it is going strong 3 years later. I had a ford truck that was the biggest piece of junk on the road, I will never own another ford of any kind, car of truck, they are all junk in my opinion! I'm torn between chevy and dodge myself.

no longer in all risk that plenty distinction. each and every little thing is to NASCAR's specs so there is no longer plenty room for the suited and the worst, there is exceptionally plenty an equality around the board. some communities get greater money spent on their automobiles as a results of fact of fulfillment or sponsership money and get particular interest to make constructive they're in genuine condition. yet that occurs between diverse automobiles owned by utilising a similar proprietor, and there is no longer a extensive distinction there the two. With the diferent manufacturers, there is no longer many times that loads of a distinction different than like with communities. Toyota is the latest manufacture and could take a on a similar time as to learn acceptance necessary to get greater money necessary to have greater suited automobiles and greater importantly greater suited drivers. same with avert some years in the past, they have been undesirable for a pair years and are taking off to hold their own a week. So, i individually do no longer see that extensive of a distinction around the board. somewhat greater suited therapy of apparatus, however the motive force is the main important ingredient. And the distinction would be much greater magnified as a results of fact the COT's are much greater equivalent than the automobiles till now.

I drove them all The Dodge was noisy and felt cheap inside, and got the worst mileage the Ford was good Nice ergonomics but I couldn't reach and grab anything out of the bottom of the box as it's really deep The Chevy was the most comfortable to drive, The suspension was firm but not rough and it was easiest on gas. I am a Ford man but the Chevy was the best all around half ton of these 3 trucks.

If you are looking at new trucks, all of them will last, any of them could have a problem. One cost more, but you will save in fuel and better resale. One costs less and you'll get more options. Get a V-8 at any cost. Dodge fixed the tranny problem but as said, watch the gas mileage and ride. Drive them all, compare real power, not the numbers, but how they take off from different speeds. If you drive alot then check out the suspension stiffness's. My preference is Chevy but not in my price range, so I have a new Ford and love it.

Ford has been the best selling truck for 30 years. Compare the specs, and see which ones measure up. Look for towing and hauling capabilities. Good luck.
BTW I love my 05 King Ranch Ford

I would go with chevy or ford. Dodge has the worst fuel economy by far, and also suffers in reliability. Yeah, they look good, and you'll have plenty of time to look at it, since you can't afford to put gas in it or fix it every other day...

well 2 me, chevy is the best truck, because 4- 1, it's tuff as a rock, & i wouldn't get a ford, because it will have u found on the road dead. and a dodge will dodge everything but your go-rauge. but seriously, pick the heavy-duty chevy baby.

James:
Buy the Dodge, all domestics have improved quality greatly in the last 5 years and your fear of a bad transmission problem in the Dodge is currently unfounded especially on incidence compared to other trucks. Enjoy the truck and if you are concerned then buy a Chrysler power train service contract, you can get one that covers the engine, trans, and rear end for up to 100,000 miles and is relatively inexpensive.
