You ask them what's going on in their mind!!! (Duh!)

It all depends on how well I know the person. If I am very close to them, I can tell something is going on by their body language, the way that they speak to me and how they treat other people.

The best solution is to just ask them, but they don't always want to give a simple answer. Sometimes you just have to nag it out of them, and even if you accomplish that, it is like pulling teeth.

Also, if you really want to know, wait until that person is ready to talk to you and then you will get all the answers you will need.

You don't and you never will,if you want to know whats going on with someone or what's on their mind, you can always ask,but it doesn't mean your going to get a truthful answer,If I were you I would be more worried about what was going through my own mind and why,and address the issues at hand.

You can ask them, but there is no guarantee that they will tell you the truth. The simple answer is you can never know what is in the mind of another person.

Use deductive reasoning to figure out one's conditioning. Pretend you're them for a while and vicariously live life as though you'd imagine them living it within the situation in which you wish to decide what is going on within used in unison with what you know about their conditioning. This is done specifically to figure out when someone is lying in an example I'll show you.

Unless you are trained I don't think that anyone can really figure out what's on the others person mind.

I tend to rely on my "sixth sense". I figure I must be unconsiously picking up something from this person, maybe a slight shift of the eyes or the way they hold themselves.
