younger than 18 call social service. older and ask a relative or friend to help you out or live in a homeless shelter, they are dangerous, but probably safer than your household. go! please!

I think you should be able to determine yourself which is more bearable. If the situation at home is really more unbearable than being homeless, then maybe you should choose being homeless (I mean seek out the agencies from the yellow pages or something that can help to provide food and shelter for the homeless) and then try to find a job. But, You should ask if any of your friends, relatives or people you know can help you first to let you stay with them until you are able to find a job and be on your own. Also, move to a bigger city where there are many jobs like Phoenix (where the rents are not too high and there are many jobs), Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, etc.. and just try to find any job you can get so that you can at least be able to afford yourself a place to stay and so forth. All the above are for if you are over 18. If you are under 18, maybe look up some agency names or social/human service groups in the yellow pages or something and call them for help.

Define 'very young'? Because you can call Social Services and they will help you and put you someplace safe. Homelessness is not the solution. Call Social Services NOW!
