you're not crazy...i read the same thing...it's true according to luna lovegood..but then again, luna's a bit..."loony"....and it was his father who actually did the story...who knows for sure? exccpet for jk of course..maybe well find out in book 7...

HE is a vampire or a werewolf, or better, something that is inhuman and this will cost him his post as minister for magic.
