why my computer windows always jump when I am on the web and the colors are faded?

You may have a interference between your video cable from the CPU to the Monitor and your Menes of connecting to the Internet and your CPU.

Separate/Isolate your monitor cable from any surrounding wires and see if this helps. check that all boards and wire connections are tight.
