Its best to have the ip phone or analog device (which is cost-effective).and i need only one phone connection(for home use).i own 256 kbps broadband.if i connect through intenet whether i will be getting any charges for my phone. can i dial any number in the world or any restrictions .pls,specify the vendors i can buy my device (cheaper and best)

There is no free phone calling. Ip and Voip calling will still cost you to subscribe to a service, and if you plug a phone into your DSL line you will be charged by the phone company for any calls you do....
