I expect him to sign a two or three year arena league contract once he's banned from the NFL on the dogfighting charges. C'mon.. even Congress is pushing to give him a harsh punishment if this is true. Nothing like federal pressure to ruin a career.

As to his talent, he's a great 3rd running back on the field, throws like one too. Perhaps with some work he could be a Steve Young type but if he loses a step AT ALL he'll be a Steve Young type with concussions too.

All in all, I'd say he'll be the best quarterback in the Arena League when all is said and done. He fits perfect there, all show.. no real skill but lots of talent.. and the fans expect the finger from the players there.

He has A LOT of talent, theres just a few kinks with him. Although people say he "has no receivers" and "his o line" is horrible, (which it isnt if its led the NFL in rushing for 3 straight years and only given up 81 sacks during that time) he takes off too many times. He never reads coverages fast enough, or long enough to see his 2nd, 3rd, or checkdown receiver. and one last thing, he tries to gun it to the receiver all the time, not a lot of touch passes.

If Bobby Petrino can make him into more of a pocket QB, but not entirely, and be able to read the coverages better, your going to a see a deadly Michael Vick. Similar to what Donovan McNabb has become, except Vick is faster, and has a stronger arm which means when the pocket breaksdown on non-bootleg or scrambling plays, he can get a lot of yards running or bomb it down field for a huge gain.

One last tid bit, people want to say Vince Young, Tony Romo, or other rookie mobile QBs are better, Vince Young ONLY ran the Shotgun Option and scrambled in Tennessee, Tony Romo went to a great situation and had three years on the bench to learn. As far as im concerned Vick is still better, but he needs just a few tweaks to get to the Brady/Manning All Pro level. And maybe even one day if he hones all his skills can be mentioned with Elway/Favre/Marino/and Steve Young.

Vick is fast runner. Period, that is all he does
-He doesnt make average WRs good or good WRs great.
-Completion percentage is not close to 60%
-QB rating is never amongst the BEST in the league
-TD to INT is almost always even

I was in college right down the street when he was in high school and to me, he was better then than he is now. He would THROW the ball more than he ran and he was pretty accurate. (Although Marcus was better) It looks like now the spot light, money and drug thing has taken him back to youth football. He's an awesome runner, but definitely not the best qb...

mike vick is **** because all he does is run. how r u even loyal to him. he gave the finger to everone on tv(that means u too) i never liked him . he can't throw to save his life.you need a guy like tom brady who may not be able to run but is reliable in the pocket. running is for runningbacks!
