You've got it backwards, America can do what is needed the sad part is that too many government employees just don't care. This is a sad excuse of freedom if you ask me.

America can't do anything 'right' because its leadership is all 'wrong'. The Bush administration will go down in U.S. history as the most incompetent, cowardly, arrogant and corrupt entity ever to occupy the Oval Office.
Bush and Cheney are not leaders. They're former oilmen who have been installed in the White House by the Bildenberg Conference to protect and preserve the interests of 'big oil' and 'big business'.
Then there's the last U.S. Congress, a Republican-led debacle made up of 535 arrogant, incompetent, corrupt, contemptible, cowardly, greedy misfits who shamefully never uttered a word of protest when Bush decided to unconstitutionally and illegally invade another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the U.S.A.
Sadly, the newly-elected Democratic-led Congress will be just as ineffective, incompetent, and worthless.
The U.S. media is no longer the 'fourth estate', responsible for being a watchdog and protecting Americans from the evils of bad government. Instead, it's crawled into bed with government and finds 'journalism' to be much more cost-effective if it simply reads the government press release verbatim without in-depth investigation, an iota of skepticism, or and hard-line questioning.
America is in a downward spiral toward becoming a third-world country all because of the inept so-called 'honorable public servants' that have long ago forgotten their oath of office and have traded it for their own personal influence, power and wealth. -RKO- 05/19/07

Us media gets almost everything wrong because they report from the left. We are strong people and country. Dont forget that. Try living in a third world country and you will see how we have it so easy in America.
