start with replacing the RELAYS. then sending unit
and is not the funs but the fans. if you crank the engine and turn your A/C on they should kick on then , if not then it might be the radiator fan motor (s) then . good luck.

First thing is see if cooling fans will work. Run a (10-8 gauge, if you go to light you will burn yourself) heavy gauge wire from the battery to the fan plug and ground wire to block or frame. It doesn't matter which way you hook up the wires because it's dc current. If the fans kick on than that's not the problem. Second replace coolant temp sensor. Make sure you get the correct one . there are two sensors that sense coolant temp. One tells the computer and the other tells the gauge or light what temp is. There also could be radiator fan switch which is in the lower part of the radiator if you have one. Also check to see if you have a cooling fan relay.

First check the radiator sensor, pull the plug and bridge the contacts, switch on the ignition, if the fan works the sensor switch is at fault. If no, check that you do have power on one contact of the plug, if not work back to the relay.

With an electrical problem it is best to start from the unit and work back usually with the help of a circuit diagram.

you,ll probably need to have them checked to see if its the fans that are bad ,or if the relay is bad on it,either way it has to be fixed if you drive it like this it will cause it to over heat, but have a shop look at it,and they can check it out for you, good luck with it..and if you see someone in here making fun of my answers ,just report them there in need of attention, thanks.
