No, you shouldn't be. Sometimes people's choices are based on others and that affects your chances of winning also. you just have to gain lots of influences for the next election. Be over-friendly.

It depends on the amount of people that voted . If there was a small amount of votes I would be less inclined to get angry. If there were enough votes and there was no recount to make sure the vote was correctly tabulated then that is a different story. In fact that there was no recount is not fair, nor just. But do not be angry at the person who won ( unless there is a cloud of suspicion that the race was rigged by him or her and/or friends)but try to use your influence to see if things can be done to make it right and it is done properly in the future.

If you refer to your opponent as a "not mentionable", that may be one of the reasons you lost. Some of the most successful politicians in history, from the super heroes to the super villains, got to the top by telling people what they wanted to hear (See Time Magazine's 1938 Man of the Year!). I recommend that you concede with dignity, and stop crying for a recount, or you could grow up to be a Democrat!

Yes, and you should try to talk to the person that is over it and find out why they didn't do a recount. It might help you get over it faster and you might understand it better. It also might keep this from happening to someone else.

Seems pretty unfair to me. I have found that in life now days there is not a lot of fairness. Speak up and let it be known what you think. GOOD LUCK

If your misuse of the language at school is anything like it is on this site, that would guarantee a victory for the other person...no questions asked.

No. Save your anger for something significant in your life. Anger is a destructive emotion.

it would be better if you saved your energy for more important things in life like animal cruelty and the injustice that is happening to citizens in Iraq.
