To live in our society as it is Patience is a must.
To accomplish anything Patience can be a hindrance.

I would say it is neither good or bad but a necessity

today patience is almost extinct.
patience is good.
sometimes taking time to do a Job right is better then rushing (with confusion) and having to deal with mistakes.
Today kids think they are due immediately anything they want.
It would be better to let kids mow lawns, save cans, etc.to earn somethings they want (learn responsibility and all things in life aren't guaranteed and free).
drive safely instead of putting lifes in danger with "road rage".
Patience is kinder then selfishness.

patience is a good thing to a point. you cant let people just walk over you, eventually it is beneficially to yourself to say "i cant take this anymore" and put a stop to whatever is bothering you

well it's good because you won't have as hard a time in some situations as others; and you've also learned this, and had to put it in practice to truly have it.
but it can be bad because sometimes it's not rewarded, and adversly leads to disappointment, and ironically enough, an inevitably greater impatience.
