What do you think about the name Jack for a boy? And what type of person (appearance or personality) do you associate with the name?

Well, personally I LOVE the name Jack, which is why I named my son that 2.5 years ago. He is so beautiful and smart and angelic, so that is pretty much what I associate with the name now. So, there is a totally unbiased opinion for you! :)

The name Jack is a good name . The kind of person I think of when I hear that name is; someone who is sure of himself ,good at sports and math and has a good heart (being kind and generous) as well. And as for appearance I picture a little boy with tow-colored hair maybe red and lots of freckles!

Jack instead of John, then using Jack, is a fantastic name. Jack signifies a wise person with good judgment, like Jack Kennedy (USA President John F Kennedy's nickname). And there are cute nicknames for Jack like Jackie and Jacko.

Any name is fine; personally, I look up name meanings and history so I can better understand the name. I've known a few good Jacks a few bad ones, but you remember the good ones better.

I like that name for a boy, but I could never name that for my baby because that is my dogs name. But I see a Jack as a Brown hair, light eyed person. <
