first u find out what type and how much u have from crucials memory testor ... then u need to know if u can add to it or if replacing it all is best ...

You need to open the computer up, see what kind of RAM sticks you need and see how much your motherboard can be upgraded to, or if it even can be upgraded to have more memory.
