Do you ever stop caring about the way you look?
I was under the impression women didn't. I think when you stop caring is when you start to look bad . . .

Hopefully one should always take pride in looking the best they can! That being said-- the key word being CAN Some don't have money to buy make-up, or nice clothing, get their hair done and etc. These days with so many homeless, it's hard for some to keep clean and have food to eat! Why everybody is into the looks so much is beyond me------How a person looks inside is far more important! No matter what you have or don't have-- it's the inner you that should always look good!

I don't think I will ever stop caring about my looks, but I have gotten older, I have accepted them and grown into them a bit more. You want to look nice of course, but ultimately it is more important that you are a good person that people respect and if it came to choosing between how I LOOK and how I ACT, I hope I would pick the latter.

you should never stop caring about your looks...however if you start comparing your looks to others...it could be a problem...just do what you can to be healthy...this will shine through to your looks...if you are becoming obsessed with how other people look..you have too much time on your hands and you are really vain..

I was brought up in a very strict home....and learned at a young age not to compare myself to others, that I was a unique individual created by God, and beautiful in my own right. All I needed to concern myself with was being the most and the best at what I could be.....myself. I have tried to live by this upbringing, and instill it in my daughter..because we can*t hide who we are..so why even try?

I care, but I never compare my looks to anyone.

It's not a natural progression that leads people to the day they cease to be concerned with their appearance. While one shouldn't be vain, one should have enough concern about maintaining good health, fitness and cleanliness. If there is a day one decides to throw in the towel, its for reasons unrelated to any timeframe or point of maturation.

Unfortunately, I still do. It's a terrible thing to do, but I'm guilty of it. I'm happy with myself, I just can't stop comparing my looks to others...it's not hard to do.
