It's possible she is, but not ready to deliver yet I wouldn't think, they are usually just maturing around 3 months.

You can tell the same way for young one's as for one's that are fully adult size. Look for a very heavy belly and on lighter colored mollies the dark gravid spot behind her stomach.

Molly fish will have bloated looking stomachs, and a small black dot just above the anal area near the tail.

just make sure you have either a fry catcher or plenty of plants for the fry to swim and hide in.

the other fish... AND mom, can and will eat the babies once born if they are not separated in a fry catcher, or have places to hide.

Mollys don't have mood swings if they are pregnant.
She is probably hiding because a male fish is driving her crazy. You can tell if she's pregant because she will swell up.
I would worry if she isn't. Mollys are very good (and frequent) breeders.
