Today,my family and I ordered some lunch from McDonalds and we got it to go through the drive thru. Our order was very simple and easy we ordered 7 double cheeseburgers plain, and two orders of french fries. Long story short is that when we got home ALL of our burgers had pickles, ketchup, and mustard on them.

Well,we ate our lunch and for dinner tonight,my husband went to go heat up one of the burgers and there was a huge bite taken out of the burger and it was the ONLY burger that was plain and didn't have anything on it. We have saved it for evidence so I can call the district manager at our local McDonalds on Monday morning.

Here is my question, would you also call the health department to let them know that the employees are tampering with customers food too? I know for a fact that none of us took a bite out of the burger because we were gone for the rest of the day and we were all together. What would you do if you found out that somebody had tampered with your food?

The health department can't do anything about that because no one got sick.

You need to call corporate Mcdonalds and let them know.

I would definitely at least try to call. No telling how your Health Department will react; most city governments lack the necessary funds to properly staff the Health Department. But it is worth trying, because that is disgusting! I would also let McDonalds' Corporate know via an email through their website and let them know what you think of this practice.

Hi Winnie, Lisa here. Definatley call them and report it. I was violently ill from McDonalds, a year ago December 23rd. Put a real damper on Christmas, any way they tried to deny any wrong doing, but with enough complaints to the health department, they were shut down and had to 'clean up they're act' before reopening. Took about a year. You should persue it... Good luck

Definitely aim high- if not the Health Dept, absolutely call corporate mcdonald's....if you talk to the district manager my hunch would be that you'll get a coupon book....couldn't hurt to call the health department, too...especially if you are concerned for the health of others.

I wouldn't. I just wouldn't eat there anymore. And you don't know for sure it was a bite, it might have just been a piece that had fallen off of the burger part. Was it the bun and everything or just the meat?

I would call McDonald's main corporate headquarters and drop words like TV news and lawyer. They'll do something for you.
