Cultural flexiblity is the adjustment made by a person not be offended by the race, religion and traditions of other people in terms of work, education or cultural activities.

That is a good concept. When we learn to see people as individuals and are not judging them on superficial measures, we begin to take responsibility for our own shadows, the unknown and unclaimed parts of ourselves that may be our most valuable traits. Bravo to you for realizing that this is ideal. You have my support! Love and peace, we can only make changes one person and one act at a time.

I believe that looks, color or sex is unimportant when dealing with people. I stride to treat everybody the same. The difference is that when people start making groups of people into victums they begin to be treated like victums and have an even harder time getting where they're going because the people that are trying to help start to see the peolple only as a victum .

You have the right attitude as long as you remain inclusive & not find yourself becoming exclusive when you indicate "the right people on the right team with the right kind of support" could easily become exclusive. You might find that you are not as flexibil as you think.
