Assuming that February 1, 2005 was the first day of her period, then her due date would have been November 8, 2005, and a baby born Oct 22 would have been week 37 of her pregnancy which would have been considered about full term.

If Feb 1, 2005 was the last day of her period then her due date was even sooner than Nov 8, and Oct 22 still would have been full term.

So its extremely possible that the baby is yours, to know for sure you can have a DNA test.

Maybe, it's hard to tell since babies can be born within 3 weeks of their due date either way. Get a paternity test if you really want to know.

If she is yours, do her a favor and dont help her study for any future spelling tests. The only way to know for sure is a paternity test.
