On the left "side" of the bike, behind the rear cowl (side cover/tail assem.)
Remove the seat and gently pull the cowl away from the bike.

Don't know how to remove the seat? Pull up the rear corners of the riders seat to see the bolts.

woulde be nice to know the year under seat is where most are located easy way is follow the wires
