GET LOW!! when you go into him off the line get your hands under his pads and shove up hard; this gets his pads shoved into his neck and makes him stand up. From that position you have all the leverage and can do whatever you want with him. I have used this many times on people twice my weight because I am a very small speed DT/DE. It is easier said than done for sure but once you get it down you will improve so much. Also one last thing work on your moves, get them down so you don't have to think at all and it is natural.
Good luck

Get quick. Practice agility drills and try to pull a spin move on the tackle or a swim/rip.

SPEED. having a quick first step and beating him around the corner will give you the advantage. main thing is you don't let him get his paws on you.
