hotjobs.com and monster.com have a lot of listings for open positons.

Look for an agency in your area that has websites ... Craigs list and other sites like them are hard to find something real on.
In Michigan we have Michigan works and they have a site that employers can post jobs on and you can search from their site .. look for something like that .. other then that, look for company sites .. for example, Home Depot, Lowes have sites that list jobs ..
