[H3O+] = 1 x 10^-9
pH = 9

I have to assume that you symbol "m" is molality. If it is, then the previous answer is wrong. You need Molarity "M" to get the pH.
m=mol/kg solution.
Convert kg to Liters onf solution and that will get you the Molarity.
Then take the --log of the molarity of H+ ion concentration and then you will have your answer.
