these are the elders.

all elders have wisdom which come by their experiences in the life and the world ......

and their wisdom pertains to their self purposely related.

no elder is with out wisdom though the wisdom of an elder may pertain best to a youth which be of a similar path and orientation. therefore not all youth will benefit by the wisdom of an elder.

though all wisdom relate what is the personal experience of an elder in the world and what were the personal realizations at a time when the elder walked in experience.

the elder which has saw the most and yet loves is the most wise.

the elder which has saw much and has fear related illness yet has wisdom but also gains by the wisdom of an other elder.

all elders deserve respect. no matter that you or i fear or love them. they all have wisdom and experience.

some elders teach in silence by practice ... some elders teach with words.

some teach by both manners.

elders should rule the young and the young should invigorate them to rule.

the middle aged are yet finding their way and learn from the wise and youthfull.

elders ...... come forward to speak your wisdom or show your truth.

I'm kind of partial to "ole geezers" for men and "ole bitties" for women. As a class, I like seniors well enough, I guess, but I'm just as kool with being called Old folks.... What does it matter, anyhow? It doesn't make a whole lot of difference one way or the other, does it?
