I don't know. Do you have a valid driver's license? Do you have a vehicle? Do you have money for gas? How long can you stay awake while driving? How often do you need to take a break? Do you plan on going the speed limit?

Denver is about 1100 miles so that should be good for Day 1 .That should take you 17-18 hours and you will lose an hour of daylight as you cross into AZ on I-15.
If you get tired stop short at Glenwood Springs CO The downhill run into Denver is not something you want to do tired.
Day 2 should place you somewhere around Toledo OH
Day 3 into Boston via NYS Thruway to Mass Pike or I-80 -84 -90

I can drive about 800 miles. By then, I am not as alert as I could be and don't want to risk a crash. You need BREAKS! You really do, or you tend to get mesmerized by the road. Also, time your driving so that you don't have the sun directly in your eyes. Driving east, you are better off with a later morning start, while driving west, start as early in the day as possible and quit by dinner.
I do not recommend night driving. There are just too many drunks on the road. There were some kids coming back from Florida a few years ago. They did everything right-wore seatbelts, switched drivers every two hours, etc.. They were killed 200 miles from home by a drunk. It is just not worth it.
Unless you are unable to rent a car for some reason (age often a case), it makes no sense to drive that far without a bunch of stopovers to see sites. The cost of gas alone makes it fairly prohibitive.

I made the trip from NYC to San Francisco in 4 days. I drove 12 hours a day. So think that you can drive 12 hours and sleep 8 and 2 hours a day for showers and food. Have a safe trip

I drove straight through from Denver to San Diego in 16 hours, but I won't do it again. Wore me out and had no fun. Figure about 60mph which would include rest stops and fill ups. So figure about 600 miles a day and take it easy.

I would say the farthest you could drive in one day would be around 22 hours since you're going to have to stop for gas and to get something to eat. Probably about 1400 miles or so.

it all depends on traffic, when I lived in rhode island it was 15 min to anywhere. 10 min on the road and you were out of the state.
Now Im in LA and it takes forever to go anywhere if you take the wrong road. it would all depend on your car, your gas mileage, how long you can stay up, what you consider a day 6 hours? 12 hours? 24? I need specfics.....

You can probably get in about 24 hours of travel in a day give or take a few miles.
