If I knew how to keep her out of jail I wouldn't say because she needs to go to jail.
She has worked hard for it, she's earned it, let her have it .

Why would you want to keep Paris Hilton out of jail? If she is guilty (which is obvious), then she should serve her time like every one else. She endangered other people's lives. If that was an average joe, then that person would have been in jail a month ago (and unsecluded). Paris has it easy. I think that she just wants to get more publicity. She needs to get locked up.

If it had been You, Me or anyone else, this question would never be asked. When will people realize that celebrities are just people who have a job. Anyone who made the CHOICE to do what she did - be it Paris herself, me, even the President of the United States - should all be held to the same punishment. Fact was she was irresponsible and reckless and could have killed or injured someone. The only reason that didn't happen was because it wasn't someone's turn to be killed or maimed.
It's fine to feel special and unique and be young, beautiful, make mistakes...but when you make a mistake -- own up to it...that's how to show true sophistication. She could have gone from a girl to a lady with that one admission instead of fighting it as she did in the manner she did. If she'd have admitted it as I stated above, and people were bashing her, I'd have been on HER side, saying on her behalf that she made a mistake, she admits it, is apologetic and will take her dues.... But that didn't happen so she shouldn't be "out" of jail.

there is no way 2 keep her out of jail if a judge decides 2 put her in jail if u dont want 2 break the law
i personally believe that she should go 2 jail it shouldnt matter if shes famous (4 the wrong reasons i might add) and rich
rich/famous ppl should get the same treatment the regular ppl do
shes trying 2 make herself the victim here but she brought this on herself by drinking and driving ( she could have killed someone!) THEN breaking probation everything she gets she deserves

She needs to go to jail and stay there. She is so nasty!!! Why should she get special treatment and not anyone else? Maybe a stint in jail will teach her to shut up, since no one cares about her, or anything she says or does.

she is already in jail the sentence reduced fro 45 days to 23 days.
