I keep two pieces of green pipe on hand. When I get to feeling like you I go out in my mesquite grove and knock dead wood out of the trees. Feels good and helps keep my arms in shape. Then too, I don't bruise my knuckles on anyone's face...

No, I just walk away. There are people out there that love to argue, and I'm not one of them, so I do not feed their habit. They are typically wrong anyway so they are not worth my time.
