Where can I find all the small parts needed for this locket?

and if I don't want to use wood as material, but other kind of metal, what metal can be easiest shaped?

You don't really want to use metal for that....
But, if you tried it, you'd want probably want to have all of the pieces made in a machine shop and made out of either steel or aluminum. Anything else (like silver or bronze) is going to be prohibitively expensive or extremely tricky to form. Although, I suppose if you know how to cast you could form your pieces that way. Wood would definitely be the easiest, though. As for the mechanism pieces, you should be able to find a suitable spring at a hardware store, and you can probably scavenge the rest off the pieces there, or, depending on your scale, off of pens. The pivot pin and other items could be milled for you in a machine shop. Just about any metal would work, but remember if it's easily shaped, it'll be easily un-shaped.
