Explain how you would conduct a job analysis in a company that had never had job descriptions.

My company had to do that. The consulting company first talked with the supervisors, then they talked with the employees. Wow, what a difference. Then they settled on what the management wanted to positions to be, not what was really happening. I all eventually worked out.
