I think reduction surgery would be worth it. You sound awfully small(size 32 is little) I am sure your back hurts carrying that weight around. I would look into having surgery, if thats what you want.

If you're just looking for a reduction, you could certainly go ahead with it now, but if you want a reduction and lift, I'd wait until you are done having children so you only have to go through a painful surgery once.

If you are having major back health issues it would be totally worth having surgery.
I was a 38J when I had a breast reduction Feb 2006 making me a 38C.

I think so, girl imma pray for you im a dd and my back hurts at times so i empathize for real. i think it may be beneficial for your body especially as you age gracefully

those are some bigguns darlin,yes you may want a reduction to ease lower back pain but if your back aint hurtin dont do it
