Is my moms fiance allowed to hit me (like throw me into walls and punch me) or is this known as child abuse? my mother does nothing about it but supports it

He wouldn't be allowed to do this if he was your father! this goes way past a spanking

That's child abuse and no one should have to put up with it. If he does it again, and you mom will not support you, you need to be strong and take action. If you don't want to call the police yourself, then talk to your counselor at school, and they will take it from there. I'm so sorry that you are going thru this, but you need to think of yourself and stop this before you get seriously hurt. Good luck sweetie.

It is child abuse, report him at once. Your mom's fiance should not be allowed to touch you. Your mom supports this - she's just as guilty as the finace. Tell someone at once before it gets worse.

next time this happens go directly to the phone call 911 till the operator what just happened and when the officers arrive let them know Exactly what happened and Please tell them that it is not the first time,however you will No longer put up with this a**h*le Abusing you and your mother allowing it to happen! You do not deserve to be treated so badly, Please take care!! No one is allowed to touch you.

I went through the same thing, trust me...I am still going through it, but it is better to confide in someone don't keep your emotions locked up...write your mom a letter...she will have to listen to you then and if she doesn't pay attention tell some one you can trust...don't do something that you will later regret...I have been there, and it's ok to cry
