I have thought about getting breast implants and was wondering if a B was much bigger than an A. Are B's comfortable and is the size good?

I wouldn't go any larger than a large C cup.
Go out and get a B cup size bra. If you are a 34A, get a 34B in the same brand bra. Then put tissues in until they look like "boobs". IF they still look too small try a 34C bra in the same brand.
That way you can tell if you like the LOOK of a B or C cup.

honey, going from an A to a B is like going from Mary-Kate Olsen to Kate Hudson! For the money youre going to spend and the pain you will go through with recovery, I'd go around a C or so. B cups are small, perky and cute, but it isn't going to be a big difference if that's what youre going for ( a B isnt very curvy) You also have to look at how youre built. If youre very petite a B may not be bad. There are imaging programs on the computer that the surgeons can use to project how you would look, see if you can make an appt for a consultation....

I haven't had this surgery, but I have known several women who did. Based on their experience I wouldn't go any smaller than a C cup, even if you have a small frame.
Your doctor is the best person to help you decide.
